This is the kind of memo that gets sent out to members of the Intelligence Committee. It seems to be a response to the president interview earlier this week on 60 minutes where he blamed the Intelligence Community for the rise of isis is. The memo is interesting because it specifically says spore two years the Intelligence Community and im reading from it directly monitored, assessed and called attention it to the expansion of isis. director of National Intelligence john clapper.
