Who is going to make the decisions . Is it president obama . How about your governor . Your mayor . Well, start guessing because no one has any clue. We believe its appropriate to increase current screening procedures for people coming from affected countries. Common sense approach that the federal government
wasnt taking. I think its common sense. Person could require a mandatory 21 day quarantine. People who are a symptomatic do not transmit. Im the governor of the state of new york.
