Full. That means that you will never even see a piece of paper with heavy black redactions with the content. The feeling is they cannot be released under any circumstance;owmyho is. And after we published oour report, the state department issued a statement confirming that this was the case and that in fact, 22 top secret emails are in play as well as intelligence from what are called special access programs. These are programs that are even beyond top secret. Were these emails classified when they were in her custody or were they upgraded later to classified . The Intelligence Agency that generates the information has final say on classification. These agencies reviewed the Clinton Emails and determined that their information was top secret not upgraded after the fact. And this is important because they have final say on their information, not the state department. The white house says what . Well, we had an exchange today with our correspondent kevin corke and josh earnst. Whether mrs. Clinton would be indicted in this case. Lets listen. I know that some officials over there have said that she is not a target of the investigation. So, that does not seem to be the direction that its trending. But im certainly not going to weigh in on a decision or in that process in any way. That is a decision to be made solely by independent prosecutors but, again, based on what we know from the department of justice its not heading in that direction. That statement from josh earnst has got the backup of our contacts at the fbi and the Justice Department for two reasons. Number one. Back up meaning they are annoyed with it. They are super pissed off to use a technical term. Number one they say josh earnst has absolutely no clearance or visibility into the fbi investigation. Number two, they say it really seems part of a troubling pattern from the white house. Because the president early said he did not see any National Security implications to the Clinton Emails. And then we found out he had never been briefed. And the whole idea is to not make this even more political than absolutely necessary but the white house is weighing in and certainly leaving the public with the impression that it is not backed up by the evidence in the case. Hillary Clinton Campaign that its classification gone amuck. Overclassification. We will get to that in a little while. You are going through the emails. They are being released right now. Be back in the show with what she finds in those emails. Youre welcome. Former Hewlett Packard ceo Carly Fiorina taking some of the biggest wipes at former secretary of state Hillary Clinton. Hillary clinton will do anything to gain and hang on to power. Anything. Listen, if my husband did what bill clinton did, i would have left him long ago. [cheers] the deal, Hillary Clinton has been climbing the ladder to try to get power and here now she is trying for the white house. She is probably more qualified for the big house, honestly. [ laughter ] she continues to lie to the american people. You see, its called the clinton way. Both bill and hillary practice it the clinton way. Say whatever you have to say, do whatever you have to say, lie as long as you can get away with it, Hillary Clinton can not be the president of these United States. And just moments ago, Carly Fiorina went on the record from independence, iowa. Carlie, nice to he see you. Nice to see you, greta. Carlie, okay. Is that there is an email fallout at the state department, a big fight over at the state Department Withholding top secret clinton memos because they say they are too damaging to release. The Clinton Campaign says this is overclassification run amuck. They want them released. So what say you . Way, isnt it, greta, lie as long as you can get away with it. Er remember, mrs. Clinton saying there ÷ . nycc was no classified material on my server, drip, driven, drip. We learn every day that thatm4in was not true. It turns out there is a lot of classified material on her server. Well, i mean, its still being sorted out, but she these emails out, at lease her campaign does. And they say that this classification business in d. C. Everyone knows there is a lot of overclassification. Im not saying this is but they are saying this is. Yeah. Well you know what this reminds me of, greta. It depends on what the meaning of the word is. Thats what this reminds me of. So whats going to happen with this . Well, you know, i earnestly hope that mrs. Clinton is indicted. Sadly, i doubt that that will be the case. So she is going to have to be held accountable on a general Election Debate stage. She has gotten away with stuff over and over and over again. I say all the time she is has escaped prosecution nor timesku]uw3i] than el chapo. Unfortunately its true. Do you think you are the only g. O. P. Candidate that can beat her in the general election or county other g. O. P. Candidates as well . I think i am the only g. O. P. Candidate and the best g. O. P. Candidate to beat her in a general election. I think people have seen why from the very beginning. Why . Of this cycle. I have been the most effective, the most consistent critic of Hillary Clinton from long before the time i announced my candidacy. I will be consistent and effective. And guess what, hillary, im a grandma, too. Governor Chris Christie in the debate last night was critical of the candidates who are u. S. Senators and not governors. He didnt say anything about people who were in business. But he was critical in the senate saying they dont do anything. That they talk. Those are my words but essentially what governor christie said. Do you share that criticism or do you think thats an unfair criticism of the senators running . I think its a totally fair criticism. With all due respect to these senators, they have never made a tough decision in their lives. A tough vote is not a tough call. Being a lawyer and being a politician are are fine professions. But they are not decisionmakers. And we dont need another first term senator in the oval office. This is not a place onthejob training. I think i have a unique experience set. I actually understand how the economy works. I know more World Leaders and have more Foreign Policy experience than Anyone Running in our party. I understand bureaucracies and technology and i have led all my life. I know exactly where you are going to be be the next three days in the state of iowa. Carlie, thank you for joining us. [ laughter ] thanks, greta. Breaking now, today is the first time the Obama Administration has admitted the top secret intelligence was found on secretary clintons emails. Now, could this news impact secretary Clintons Campaign in the on the record Political Panel is here from real clear politic rebecca can burke. I suppose every antiHillary Clinton person out there has the view or rather cynical view that the reason that the campaign is calling to release all these emails that the Intelligence Community is holding is because they know that the Intelligence Community will never do it. I dont think you have to be cynical. Thats an obvious out for them. It doesnt matter what Hillary Clintons campaign says. Its the administration determined this is top secret and cannot be released there is overclassification in thisc÷ city. Thats been a problem since day one. And we will never know because they say its classified and we are never going to get a chance to see it at least not for years. Coming from the worst possible fulltime. Up two points in iowa right now. Reinforces the fact that she is not trustworthy or honest. Go back and see there is no classified information. And i just think, i mean, there are voters who are undecided still. Go back to Bernie Sanders. Rebecca, john brought upp classified material. Im certainly well pxn aware f the classification requirements did not seend classification material. Exactly. So now we are seeing that perhaps that was not between the case. She might draw a distinction and i think her campaign has between top secret information, classified information. And sending and receiving . Exactly. But to the average measure, is that any different . This information was still sent over unsecured server. If you were to Ask State Department official, any other lower ranking official do that what would the consequences be . I think there would be very serious consequences. Never got out ahead of this. This goes march 10th and didnt get ahead of it they have actually created this problem for themselves. They have. She under estimated the poll of this problem. The depth of this problem. And frankly, you know, now they are having this argument that overclassification is a problem in the federal government. Why werent having thisok argument while she was at the state department or in march when she released that statement. He alludes to the fact that they have had some discussion at the state department. Getting into dangerous territory. The white house shouldnt be digging into the Justice Department what they are doing and not doing. Not at all. There is nothing public out there. The this investigation is ongoing. That has to be very troubling. If you are undecided voter think that this investigation could blow up on hillary while shell is the candidate make people v]3 lz think twice. Rebecca and john if you will stick around. Back now to the g. O. P. Field. Tensions are flaring as the 2016 candidates battle it out. If we do not know how are or why you are coming you will in the get into the United States. He would not going to round up 12 Million People we are not going to be handing out citizenship cards either. Im confused he was the gang of eight who did require a bunch of thresholds but ultimately allowed for citizenship over an extended period of time and then he cut and run because it wasnt popular amongst conservatives, i guess. And i wrote a book about this called immigration wars you can get it for 2. 99. That is the book where you changed your position on immigration. You use to do support a path to citizenship. So did you. We can solve immigration. We just heard an argument back and forth that we cant solve immigration. I have a detailed immigration plan that is on my website ted cruz. Org it was designed with iowas own congressman steve king and jeff qf ÷ sessions. [ applause ] and we have the tools in federal law to do this now. He is the king of saying oh, you are for amnesty. Everybody is for amnesty except for ted cruz. Its a falseness. Thats an authenticity problem. Everybody he knows is not as perfect as him because we are all for amnesty. I was for legalization. I think, frankly, if you have Border Security you can have legalization. So was ted and now he says it wasnt so. Thats not true. This is the lie that teds campaign is built on and rand touched upon it, that he is the most conservative guy and everyone else is a rino. The truth is, ted, throughout this campaign have you been willing to say or do anything in order to get votes. Ted, you worked for george w. Bushs campaign. So how do the candidates plan stack up. Fox Friends Weekend cohost Tucker Carlson goes on the record from des moines, iowa. Tucker it, sounds like they are all stepping all over themselves out there. I still cant figure out who did what and who thought what and who didnt change . Well, they all changed. And thats the point. So when jeb bush said it wasnt popular with conservatives, ixj 3gdkokci] ge is wrong. It actually was popular with conservatives. A path to citizenship, what we are now referring to as amnesty was popular with selfdescribed republicans in washington. It was not very controversial, actually, four or five years ago. What happened was certain republicans were heard from voters. Then the consensus in washington began to change. Up until pretty recently. Everybody here in d. C. Was on board, pretty much. I mean, the path to citizenship, i dont see that as amnesty. Amnesty is no path. You are just. In if you have got to go through hurdles, whatever the hurdles is. 3 0 year hurdle and got to jump up and down 50 times. If thats in the path thats not amnesty. You have still got to do something. N4z. 5 this is secondary to the bigger debate thats not taking place in d. C. Yet. But it will. Thats over Legal Immigration not ilLegal Immigration. 1. 1 low wage, low skilled workers we let in every year and have for 50 years. The effect that wave of immigration has on american wages and Living Standards and schools and first responders, fire and police. I mean, it has a huge effect on communities that people in washington dont have have any contact with. But its a boiling issue. Just beneath the surface of the party. Legal immigration. You never hear that but its real is it a huge issue in iowa right now . Is that what the caucus goers are talking about or are they talking about Something Else . How big is immigration with them . Its of appeals of a larger feeling that be the people who run everything are out of touch with those they govern. Again, its of a piece with trade, for example or some economic policies that benefit people who live in a couplze8gc;kkn]3 big affluent cities and other people. There is a populist revolt against policies that a lot of voters think, especially on the republican side. But not only on the republican side. Also a lot of Bernie Sanders voters benefit just, you know, relatively small number of people. Thats what this all whole revolt and it really is a revolt. We will see where it goes. As of right now, its something of a revolt. Thats what it is about. What is behind you . It looks like a ferris wheel. An elevator going up and down . I have got to be totally honest, i just got here. The first floor of this place. Its really cool but i havent had time to figure out what exactly the background is. I will be there sunday because we have a show there sunday night. Figure it out before i get there see you soon, tucker. Thanks a million, greta. Its your chance to vote did the debate last night change your mind . Tweet yes or no using greta. We will show you your live twitter votes throughout the show. And with the iowa caucus just three days away, it is crunch time and it could be millennials who could shake up this race. What are are millennials looking for. Chair of the Republican NationalCommittee Alex smith goes on the record. Nice to see you, alex. Great to be here, greta. Okay. Alex, you republicans. Im only asking you about republican millennials, being out there, whats the issue that grabbed their attention . Issue is undoubtedly the economy. Thats true across all democratic acceptingments of millennials. President obama in the last 8 years has really hit Younger Voters and young people the hardest. eudcokciwmq thats really whats on their minds. Finding a job, being able to pay their bills and paying down that Student Loan Debt and Credit Card Debt is a top priority of them. Who is talking about that of the candidates on the trail jobs and economy . I hear a lot about immigration. I hear a lot about obamacare. Is anyone talking about jobs on the ground to the millennials . You know, we see some of the candidates like marco rubio and jeb bush and rand paul who very much use the language of this generation at times to describe their do what i hope all candidates will eventually do which is talk about uberrization of the economy. Talk about the startup culture. Thats what millennials respond to. They dont respond to the oold language and expressions of doing things. We see that happening right there. And i think thats really resonating with them. Do the millennials feel like their vote counts so they will actually show up to caucus on monday night . I would say generally with millennials there is a distrust in government. There is a distrust in the process that it will actually work. That they will actually make a difference. But from the College Republicans that i saw here on the ground in iowa, they are excited to caucus. They are really eager to get out there and hear from their fellow iowans about who is the best candidate. I think from the couple that i have talked to they are n between just a couple candidates. Its down to the wire who they really want to support. Who is your wild guess most millennials will be be their favorite come monday night on the republican side . I have heard a lot of different names. I have heard a definite rake. Did you hear my name at all. Rubio is really popular. [ laughter ] you know, i heard senator rubio. I have heard Chris Christie. I have heard governor bush. I have heard names that maybe arent so popular with older iowans but younger iowans and republicans are considering them. I will be out there soon. I will see you soon, alex. Thank you very much. Sounds good. Thank you. W hear much more from alex how 2016 candidates can grab that millennial vote.
