The president said the focus of the meeting is on renegotiating trade deals and economic reforms. The subject of trade with china could come up during this Economic Council meeting this afternoon. Of course, its been an ongoing struggle between the super powers, especially after the u. N. Voted to restrict sanctions on korea that could cost north korea 1 bill. China does 90 of the trade with north korea and they signed off on the sanctions, but theres concern that the sanctions would be enforceable.
