Thats the same position. That being said, Many Americans have no confidence president obama will ever confront islamic terrorism. That investigation was concluded in october now almost three months later it is being stonewalled. Joining us now from washington lt. Women, the army has come to its conclusion and bo bergdahl Sergeant Berg doll will be charged with desertion. I have been told and confirmed by two other sources that his attorney was given what we call a charge sheet a charge sheet is results of the investigation listing out the articles of the unitary form which have been violated. The key violation is desertion. This is has been done. The decision has been made. Let me be very clear. As a corporate entity, the army has decided that they want to pursue bergdahl for this violation. Let me just ask you a series of simple questions. Sure. Bergdahls attorney a military guy. No, is he a civilian. Civilian guy by charging bergdahl with desertion that means there has to be a trial, right . This is essentially the equivalent of a grand jury hearing is what we call an article 32. And, yes that is the procedure you must go through to go to the court martial. Military trial. Bergdahl will have a military attorney, civilian attorney if he wants. He will come in and either plead guilty or not guilty to the desertion charge. Thats correct.
