They are processing the scene and now with the help of this heavy crane that just arrived here they are taking a very close look at that dark brown rock iron balcony that was on the fourth floor and remains upside down where it landed. It collapsed sending 13 people tumbling 40 feet down to the street a very tragic end to a 21st birthday party. The victims all irish nationals in early 20s, having a celebration so loud, police were called out here but not yet responded to the noise complains with the collapse happened an hour later and then First Responders on scene within minutes. One neighbor drove a frantic couple from the party to the hospital. All irish accents and all knew each other at the party and distraught about who might have been hurt and who wasnt. They knew a kid had a broken leg and no idea there were fatalities at that point. Reporter nine victims remain at local hospitals and several to be listed in critical condition. Out of an abundance of caution, the other balconies at this complex but the building itself not evacuated. Very interesting. So far, officials have not said which cardinals employees are the focus of the investigation and if the teams high ranking members were aware of the hacking or worse, if they authorized it. So far, no one has been suspended or fired, but the New York Times is reporting that subpoenas have been served on the cardinals and Major League Baseball to gather up things like emails, text and other electronic communications. At the center of the alleged hack is a special database built by the houston astros. It contains things like scouting information, propierietary stats and other information. We knew the database was hacked but no one dreamed it was potentially hacked by another team. The office of the new baseball commissioner rob masnford said Major League Baseball is cooperating with the investigation but not talking about any possible punishment until the investigation is completed.
