When 100 Million People vote before an election and a huge portion are mailin ballots, extraordinary Regulatory Oversight is required. When election laws are changed on the eve of that election in violation of the constitution, extrregardy oversight is needed. The attorney general bill barr has proven himself to be anything other than extraordinary. This week barr commented that he has not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected another outcome in the election. Really . Its curious, barr, the head of the doj would affirmatively make a statement regarding a penning investigation. As a former prosecutor i and virtually everyone similarly situated know doj guidelines do not alou comment on investigation. They neither confirm nor deny the existence of an investigation. If barr goes beyond that before some states are certified, affidavits alleging fraud continue to come in before electors have even voted. That there is not sufficient evidence. So why would barr do that . Why would he not continue an investigation as the evidence continues to come in . Why would he even share information on the pending investigations . Its just not done. Before you have make that blanket costatement, did you con Election Night why was the counting stopped . Why were observers not permitted to reasonably observe about lot count . Why were observers removed from counting areas. Why did counters cheer when republican observers were removed. Why were windows board up in detroit so observers could not observe. Why when observers were allowed to reenter was there an unusually large number of ballots with 90 and above for joe biden. And why was there a failure to match signatures on mailin ballots. Why was there destruction of mailin ballots envelopes that must contain signatures. Why did they estimate 20,000 people who dont meet residency requirements were casting votes in georgia where bidens margin is 12,000 votes. Why are there record numbers of dead people voting. How is it that ballots in pristine condition without creases not suggesting they had not been in mailin envelopes as required by law. Why is joe biden the first candidate to lose florida and ohio and still become president . Might it be at florida and ohio have safeguards in place that the other states do not. Why have the bellwether counties indicative of a president ial win, won by trump and not biden. Why did he win in the swing states of milwaukee, detroit and philadelphia, each known historically for voter crumbs. But he wont do what he has the power to do while there is an emergency in the form of a pandemic in the state of georgia. Governor kemp owes his position as governor to donald trump. It would be nice if he reciprocated in some way not just to make sure this goes the way we know it should for the president. But for the American People. He owes it to all of us to do the right thing to make sure we are calling out this fraud and this election is a legitimate election. And under the constitution he cannot do that. So what is the harm, what is he afraid will happen if we are able to look at what the allegations are in georgia of fraudulent voter count . Thats a great question. I think we would all like that answered. And we would like to know what happened in the state of georgia. A typically very red state. I dont think anybody believes joe biden won the state of georgia. And we dont believe after we saw the video of the suitcases being hauled out from underneath these tables in the middle of the night when everyone else had left. We want to get clarity on what happened in the state of georgia. 5,000 people voted in 15,000 people voted in the state that dont even live there. We are pressing forward from the campaign. Jenna, i dont know if you heard my conversation with lara trump. But we were talking about the fact that Governor Kemp in georgia clearly has the power to call for a special session of the legislature to resolve some of the clearly illegal issues having to do with the Consent Decree by the secretary of state, as well as the act there appears to be evidence of illegal voting that dead people voting, boxes being pulled out after people are told to leave. No reasonable observer being able to see any of the ballots observed. The same thing going on in arizona i understand with governor ducey. Its shocking that these governors are so receip so ro act. We had over 5,000 ballots cast illegally. 11,000 overvotes. More votes were cast than registered voters. Just that alone would change the election. When democrats say there is no evidence of election fraud, they are willfully lying. But the state legislatures dont need the governors. They have the federal Constitutional Authority themselves to call for their own special session where they can deliberate and reclaim their authority to resolve this election issues. The president was elected by 10 million more votes than at least they are admitting to, and only corruption in some of the swing states where they had the biden astronomically high numbers after they stopped counting. The circumstantial evidence aside from the affidavit is so strong. Am i wrong . Absolutely. Mayor giuliani had witnesses test my in pennsylvania, michigan and georgia, their state legislatures. The evidence these witnesses testified to, and the direct evidence from witnesses who were there and sow the ballots being counted in secret. From Election Officials who told these poll workers to violate the law. This is absolutely election fraud. The state legislature didnt realize they had the power under the constitution.
