Federal prosecutors have now charged ramirez with enticement of a minor and possession of stacey a fort dodge man sentenced to 20 years in prison, for shooting another man outside a bar. Torre mosley pleaded guilty to willful injury, possession of a firearm as a felon, and going armed with intent. Fort dodge police say mosley is the gunman who shot 25yearold damal clayton.
