This week storm system dropped enough snow for ski patrollers if it stays at this pace silverton says they could open earlier than normal. Meanwhile trail ridge road closed because of you can see this from Rocky Mountain national park. The road was closed at milner pass. It hasnt officially closed for the season yet. Police are searching for a man macke auditory. He put his arm around her and she fought him off. A black man about 6 feet tall with a beard and mustache. New this morning. More troubles for frontier airlines. We got these pictures from a passenger that says his flight to orlando was delayed for more than 6 hours. He says the mess started with the original flight from portland when it was delayed an entire day. That orlando flight is the only delayed departure out of dia. Police have arrested the man accused of going on a shooting rampage inside a macys killing five people. Arcan cetin was unarmed and zombie like. He immigrated from turkey but a permanent resident of the u. S. State mall. Investigators say that the 20 yearold arcan cetin was apprehended 30 miles from the scene. I saw an individual walking northbound on the sidewalk and i instantly recognized that was the person i just viewed on my computer. I did an abrupt uturn and hit my lights and pull my gun and myself and deputy graball the individual into custody. At the macys four shots fired. Four women shot dead in the makeup area at macys and a man died. Shoppers fled and hid in changing rooms. It wasnt all at once it was like a shot and two seconds later another shot. Police say Surveillance Video shows the alleged shooter ranges from a teenager to citizens. We suffered a devastating loss of five treasured members of our community. Who had done nothing more than what we all have done on any given day. The f. B. I. Helped in the search for the suspect. The suspect is expected in Court Tomorrow morning. The identities of the victims have not been released. The latest on the murder of a 16yearold girl in thornton. Her mother is pleading with the community daughters killer. Haley vargas was killed more than a week ago at a party. Somebody is out there and knowing something and saw something. Whoevers mother that is, they know. If you had to bury your child, you know you would understand the pain im going through. Homecoming festivities as long as she came home by curfew. 16 ideal haley did not come home, instead it was police her mother was greeted by. They told me your daughter was shot in the stomach and she died. That was the hardest thing to ever hear. Police believe that haley was an unintended target. This is a very tragic day for the Wilmington Fire Department to lose two individuals. Two of our brothers. Two of them are said to be in Critical Condition but are stable. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Deputies in florida say someone set one of their cars on fire. The sheriffs car was getting its transmission fixed at a shop when the fire was started. They say a gas can was found nearby prompting them to believe they were targeted. Hundreds filled the streets and held signs of solidarity for keith scotts family. There was video of the the family is relieved but not satisfied. His wife who was at the shooting and shot the cell phone video denies he was armed. Hundreds came together for the funeral of the unarmed man shot by a tulsa police officer. Terence crutcher was killed by officer betty shelby. She has been charged with manslaughter. Tulsas mayor was at yesterdays service. He told the congregation, we must stand up and say no more. Groups of people marched down the streets of tulsa during the funeral for crutcher. It was peaceful and more than 100 people listened to speakers from the aclu that call justice. Human being and everybody matters. Even though officer shelby is charged with manslaughter, that of it. Black lives matter and we the people were also part of yesterdays march. New this morning state Public Health officials issued warnings about an outbreak of infections linked to raw milk. They say as many as 20 people have reported getting sick pueblo county. This man is credited for saving at least one persons life during the columbine shootings. Dave sanders was one of the 13 People Killed in 1999. The man sanders saved is Kyle Nicholson that is a teacher at rifle high school. He came back to Jefferson High School with his students so they could see the memorial for the victims.
