Police had launched a manhunt to try to find 42yearold Brendan Mcguinness after they say he shot and killed a man. Man. Officers say they found their suspect when someone called 911 to report a man bleeding on a sidewalk. They stopped to help him, not knowing it was mcguinness, the man wanted for murder. Hes now in jail charged with first degree murder. Its the first homicide in waukee in 38 yrs.
