Happened . Jeneethis started happened in baldwin park california in the middle of the night. Baldwin park police say the officer was completing a traffic stop when somebody shot at the car blasting officers car back window take a look at these pictures the Police Officer involved is okay. Police shut down the street for four hoursthe department is investigating the motive and looking for the shooter. The Police Officer who shot during a traffic stop is now facing charges of manslaughter. It is my conclusion that the use of deadly force by officer yanez was not justified. Justified. Officer Jeronimo Yanez shot philandio castile in july. Castiles girlfriend was in the car at the time of the shooting and started Live Streaming the aftermath. Investigators say the officer he calmly told the officer he was carrying a gun and a minute later the officer shot castile seven times. Yanez will make his First Court Appearance tomorrow. The Iowa City Police department is now offering jobs to more minority officers. Officers. Right now there are two open positions and the City Council Approved a plan to let the department overhire by another two positions. Cbs 2 news is learning new details in the investigation of a deadly train crash in new jersey that happened in septemb. September. Authorities now say the engineer on the train had undiagnosed sleep apnea. The train slammed into a terminal at one of the busiest transit hubs in the new york area.
