Baldwin park police say the officer was completing a traffic stop when somebody shot at the car blasting officers car back window take a look at these pictures the Police Officer involved is okay. Police shut down the street for four hoursthe department is investigating the motive and looking for the shooter. The Police Officer who shot during a traffic stop is now facing charges of manslaughter. It is my conclusion that the use of deadly force by officer yanez was not justified. Justified.
