The judge dropping Involuntary Manslaughter charges against five former Fraternity Brothers after a hearing to determine if there was enough evidence to go to trial. Several of the brothers still facing charges tied to the case. Sophomore tim piazza died after falling down the stairs after an alleged hazing ritual.
