She sent this into motion. She said the planters were put on the porch by a tenant in 2007, and then it was a couple weeks ago she was trying to save the plants, but throw out the boxes after discovering they had termites and thats when she found a human bone in the soil. She knew from talking with neighbors a bone had been found in a planter box on the porch. Police also reportedly found another piece of bone in a planter next door with the help of cadaver dogs.
