They dont know exactly what happened inside that building. 3yearold died either at the Dentists Office or shortly after at the hospital. It was saturday morning when First Responders got a call of an unresponsive child at the dental office. They were performing cpr. She was rushed to the emergency room but she did not survive. She apparently developed complications during a dental procedure. Her dad declined to offer any further details. San ramon police say its not clear if there will be a criminal investigation. A huge fire broke out in an Apartment Building under construction in emeryville earlier this month. The flames spread to nearby homes. The neighbors say theyve been tarkted by looters. Reporter Alyssa Harrington is live in emeryville with that story. Alyssa . Reporter some of the fire victims had only seconds to evacuate the morning of the fire. So as you can imagine, they had to leave a lot of their things at their home. Now theyre returning for the first time and say it is clear somebody else has been there. It has been almost two weeks since a sixalarm fire tore through an a apartment and homes on the Emeryville Oakland border. Some units have been yellow or even red tagged meaning theyre unsafe to enter. Residents say looters are getting in. The neighbors who couldnt get their things out right away because the Property Management company was saying it wasnt safe or saying they couldnt get in there or whatever. Now things eligible are pretty much stolen. One resident i talked to on the phone filed a police report. He says he found his place ransacked. Hes worried about identity theft. Gathered to remember a cal student killed in nice, france. People offered prayers and shared stories of 20yearold nick leslie. He was a junior majoring in Environmental Science and went to nice for a fourweek Summer Entrepreneurship Program along with 85 other cal students. Friends told us he was charismatic and happy. He was a really amazing person. The attacker killed 84 people in nice friday. Today, 42,000 people showed up for a memorial. Police had to forcibly remove a pile of trash that people heaped on to the spot where the gunman died. It was being guarded by angry mourners. The chp got several calls as it was happening. So they waited for them at the end of the bridge. The driver tried to claim it wasnt him. Police busted a felon with guns and drugs in his car at a popular Shopping Center in the north bay. They pulled over a 46yearold yesterday afternoon. Hes on probation, so officers legally searched his car. They found three loaded hand guns, five high capacity magazines and drugs. Hes expected in court tomorrow. A legal victory today for the Golden State Warriors and their efforts to build a new arena in San Francisco. A superior court judge today ruled that the citys environments al review of that proposed arena was adequate, rejecting arguments that the city failed to consider alternative sites.
