We live approximately three blocks from the hammer lane corridor, which they seem to be traveling on. At least two cars are damaged in walnut creek after a large tree fell on them. This is the view from sky 7 hd, and two cars are under the branches. This is an office park. No word on what brought down the tree, but the wind was blowing 15 Miles Per Hour at the time the call for help came in, which was about 3 00. And the highpriced call girl charged in the death man. Katie marzullo was in court today. Tickleman wore almost no makeup compared to last weeks dark eyeliner and dark lipstick, and she was pleading not guilty to all charges, and she spoke only to answer the judges questions about her rights. Her parents were in court but left without comment. One of her attorneys had plenty to say in defense of the alleged call girl, first and foremost that she did not intend to kill the ghooogle executive. She had a motive, if any, to elongate and not end the relationship. Tickleman was a prostitute and hired by hayes and the two were on his yacht when she gave him a fatal dose of heroin and watched him die. They were consenting adults in drug use and she is thought to blame of what happened is an argument. She is like a wounded bird. She is not as bad as the media made her out to be. She is a sensitive kid with an addiction problem. There is surveillance from the yacht, and both attorneys have seen it but wont talk about it. And the judge denied a request to reduce the bail, so it stays at 1. 5 million. And the lease extension is to be discussed tonight. Experts say injuryrisks can be reduced by the type of vehicle they drive and price shouldnt be the sole determining factor.
