Police say he lived behind a marijuana grow house that made around 200,000 a year. Ramirez was not the intended target. Officers worried someone else would be shot if they released his name earlier. Today ramirezs girlfriend shared a little bit about the man she knew and loved. He graduated a few years ago and was studying administrative justice. He dreamed of becoming a police officer, specifically a homicide detective. These are exactly the people who would have wanted to meet and wanted to be. And now were meeting because someone took him away. Someone took him away and police say they have no leads on the suspect or the original intended target.
