He looks like a customer but Inner Richmond knows him as the serial refund scammer. The man who calls himself ali in nourish cafe on tuesday demanding a refund for an order workers say he never bought. He said he was in the day before when we were closed that day zblrvegs t day. Reporter the coowner said he could not produce a receipt and his story kept changing and he got aggressive and she filed a Police Report and alerted the clement Street Association to find out that ali has been at this for years and tried to pull the same trick at 13 other businesses. He is just a bully. It made me angry that he treated his staff that way and that he felt he could go around the city and do this to other businesses. He calls first, usually said there was a hair in his food and then shows up in person but could never provide proof of purchase. His plan did not work at this bake shop. The way that technology is, even small mom and pops like us have tracking systems to pull up transactions about. But he did get a few fee pizzas before employees caught on. That is a medium Pepperoni Pizza and it is always named ali and it is always the same problem, it is a burnt pizza. The school is called Design Tech High School. And the company is oracle. This was an idea proposed 17 years ago by the Ceo Larry Ellison. The Company Knows they will come. It was an idea oracles Ceo Larry Ellison shared with his staff more than 17 years ago. The school had been operating in burlingame since 2013 when it got the attention of the oracle education fund. And tonights projected low temperatures as the fog reaches across the bay, not very expansive tonight. Lows in the upper 50s, pretty mild to about 60 in palo alto and 60 in antioch. Cooler in the north bay valleys but lows drop into the low 50s. Here is our forecast animation at 11 00 tonight and 6 00 tomorrow morning and fog along the coastline and patch of it will pushed locally across the bay. So 6 00 in the morning over in oakland, down into hayward, might see patches of fog but it will pull back to the coastline quickly and well have a sunny day with hot conditions in our inland areas. Lets move along and take a look o look at highs in the south bay. In the 88 and upper 90s in gilroy and highs in the peninsula in the low to mid80s so 81 at redwood city and 82 at mountain view.
