They received a tip that chavez might be hiding out in that home as of now they have not made arrests, but they did use gas to enter the home. Just hours earlier judge set bail for a woman and early monday night she was arrested for helping chavez for evading authorities. Her friend happened to be in Court Dealing with her own business. Family and coworkers hoped for the best, but heard the worst as they gathered outside the hospital this morning. I dont know what happened. I just know he was killed. Reporter she is remembering the father of two shot down in a drive by while working for the department of public works. I dont know why they would kill him. I dont know why they would do that. He was at work. I dont even nknow. Thats just messed up. Reporter he was 27 years old, part of the city Program Designed to keep kids away from gangs. Was he a target . Was it a hit . Police say those are under investigation. Had he ever expressed worries about someone out to get him. Not that i know of. Reporter everyone tells us he was well liked, a role model. We lost a young man that had a lot to live for and had children to live for and grandmother and mother and we all loved him. The Concord Police department has arrested a 15yearold boy in connection with a reported Sexual Assault on a high school teenager. The students father says she was at a Football Game at the high school when a student there lured her away and then sexually assaulted her. Police say this took police after the game ended. The case will be forwarded to the district attorneys office. We believe its an isolated incident. We talk exclusively with the teenage girls father. He says his daughter was raped and he has a message for parents coming up tonight. The sheriff offered new information this afternoon into the abduction and discovery of a woman. They confirmed some of the horrifying acts suffered by the woman. We are here now with the new details. Reporter the sheriff says the woman has been cooperative and courageous with sheriffs. They are revealing things that the wife told investigators about the or deal. She disappeared while jogging near her home and reappeared on thanksgiving on the side of the road battered, bound and i will confirm that the suspects did brand her. I will not get into the details of where the brand is located on her body, nor what was branded on her. Reporter the sheriff also gave the most detailed description yet of what kidnapping suspects. He says they are described as two hispanic women, one older and one younger and had a gun and concealed their faces. They dont know whether the woman was specifically targeted or randomly kidnapped and they wont reveal where she was taken. Tonight San Francisco performance of circumstance deso lay has been cancelled following the death of a technician last night. They are mourning the loss of a performer. He was killed in an accident before the start of yesterdays performance. The technician was the son of one of the founders of the traveling act. Organizers say they dont know when performances will continue. In a statement they spoke fondly of the man saying he has been a member of our tight family and a beloved colleague. We know the identities of the three people who died after eating a thanksgiving meal in antioch last week. The 43yearold man, 59yearold man and 69yearold woman were residents at an assisted facility. Autopsies show they suffered similar intestinal abnormalities. The pathologist is work ing on determining the causes of death. 16 others were sickened. Sky 7 remains over interstate 580 where a shooting investigation is under way on the freeway. All lanes are closed in the eastbound and that is the commute direction that traffic is backed up forever. The Police Department says a man freeway were shot. Both have been taken to the hospital and they are expected to survive. Police and the Highway Patrol are walking the lanes looking for shell casings. Traffic is grid locked on the freeway and in the last few minutes the Highway Patrol advised drivers to find a different way home tonight. Do not take eastbound 580.
