Everyone rushes out, and these guys rush in. The Swift Water Rescue Team got the call to rush in just as the evacuation orders were made. They took off last night. Theyll stage in chico and be ready to go if needed. People may not get out in time. Well be there to possibly assist in rescues. Swift water environment is very dangerous. You know, were trained to handle that. This team has 14 people on it. They will join 12 other units from around the state. They will help people if that spillway gives.
