The officer was responding to a call when he hit a pedestrian. He was driving slowly but the 58yearold man had to be hospitalized. The fire started not far from here and rushed down this direction of the building. At the same time a witness said she saw someone look pretty suspicious running down the train tracks that way. One person died and two others were hurt when they fell from a live near daly city. They say it happened early yesterday morning after three men broke through a fence.
