We just got news that a judge in the Eastern District of new york granted an emergency stay of the executive order. According to the judges order anybody in transit to the u. S. Or detained upon arrival who has a valid visa or green card would not be affected by President Trumps order, and it capped a day of panic and dismay for many families. She arrived at 1 30 p. M. To San Francisco airport but they deport her to my country. When officers arrived they found a victim who was shot at least twice while sitting in a parked car. Police describe him as a 35yearold man from oakland and he is in critical but stable condition. Daly city police are searching for three men seen running from the scene of a double shooting, and two girls were wounded during a party inside the Senior Center yesterday afternoon, and one girl shot in the leg and the other suffered a graze wound and both victims are under the age of 18. No word on what led to the gunfire. The family of a woman who has been missing since last saturday will be back out today looking for her. Officials say 18yearold jada jenkins was driving her car when it plunged into the Alameda Creek last weekend. Abc 7 news reporter, leslie brickley, has the story. East of here, another official search zeroed in on the creek in steep niles canyon, where were car plunged into the water during a storm, and the waters were higher and flowing three times faster, and her car was recovered tuesday but no sign of the 1yearold. An army of experts converged here, including k9 teams and search and rescue teams from all across the bay area. It happened around 10 30 last night at the taco bell kfc, and you can see the man holding his hand out and after the cashier gives him the money, another employee runs from behind and takes it away, and he starts fighting with the wouldbe robber and a customer jumps over the railing to help hold him don. It was one of those situations where a happy ending. Its a very volatile situation that could have gone either way but this in instance it worked out well. The suspect went to the hospital with minor injuries and nobody else was hurt. Monday and tuesday, were warmer and then when we get the rain it will be mild but cold enough to have snow in the sierra, and thats always key, right, we dont want rain there. And livermore going for the high of 60 today and your warmest days will be monday and tuesday, and then just a modest drop off in temperatures. We will bring in the storm impact scale for wednesday. Not much rain expected, though, and it will be late in the day. It will turn breezy, and most spots less than 0. 1 or 0. 2.
