White House Press Secretary sean spicer issued this statement, saying, at the earliest possible time, the department of justice intends to file an emergency stay of this order and defend the executive order of the president which we believe is lawful and appropriate. Authorities are on the hunt for a man who threw a homemade explosive device into a crowded restaurant in pasadena thursday night. Police say the man opened the front door of the cheesecake factory, lit the device and tossed it inside.
