The ntsb investigating a plane crash with a south bay family on board. It left three people dead and two in Critical Condition. The plane was on its way to san jose when it crashed into several homes shortly after taking off from riverside. You see this home Surveillance Video and there, the big explosion. Officials say the survivors are two women in their late 30s or early 40s and its amazing, isnt it, when you see this skroo, that two people were able to get away from this crash. The pilots neighbor in san jose tells us he and his wife left for anaheim friday to attend their granddaughters cheerleading competition happening at disneyland. The neighbor says the pilot is in his 70s and is very experienced. Its horrible. You know, especially when you couple together that they were going to a cheer competition and this is supposedly a happy time and then just to have a tragic incident like this. Just so sad. And officials are expected to give another update at a News Conference at 11 00 this morning. Reporter hi, reggie. Yes, she was 77 years old. She came here to this intersection to check on a loved one when she was hit by a car. Relatives had started arrive hearing to this intersection in pittsburg. We are at willow pass road and loftus road when they heard their loved one had been involved in a crash. As the 77yearold woman was crossing the street to check on her relative, she was hit and killed. Police say the driver who hit her cooperated with their esnt look like drugs or y it alcohol was involved. This happened just after 7 00 last night. Police then found themselves with two investigations working here, with two crashes back to back. But they have cleared and reopened the intersection. There are investigations this morning across the country after bomb threats forced evacuations at Jewish Centers and offices. This is video from the evacuations near saelt. Three of those bomb threats happened here in the bay area, specifically in san rafael, palo alto, and the San Francisco office of the Antidefamation League. Reporter people evacuated the Antidefamation Leagues San Francisco office, following a threatening phone call around 4 20. They said they had a bomb, they had plant add bomb and they planned to kill us. Reporter police shut down market between grand avenue and kernny street. Thats really scary to hear there was a bomb threat. Reporter within a har off, the Jewish Community center in palo alto got a call too. Classes canceled, children evacuated. And to have them have to be evacuated because of a threat that they may be blown up is terrorizing and fear inducing. Reporter more than 20 jewish facilities across the country received threats, including the Community Center in san rafael. One of 20 . Thats very saddening to hear that. Happening today, the white house is promising an optimistic vision from President Trump tonight when he speaks in front of a joint session of congress. He is set to call for a budget that includes 54 billion in increases in defense spending and that same amount cut to other federal agencies.
