Her sevenyearold brother was just a few feet away and was not hit. Neighbors say theyre from a good family. Quiet go to work, come home, walk their kids to school. The man who was shot suffered wounds to his leg and groin. He is at Highland Hospital and is expected to survive. Police have not released many other details in the ongoing investigation, or any possible motive this is a shooting that the mayor says is a top priority.
