Consumer reports got to experience a controlled hack by the national Highway Traffic Safety Administration as researches car security. Look whats showing up in the east bay as well. Taking you down to street level here were seeing returns right around san jose central road evergreen, edenville area. Up around the antioch Bethel Island discovery bay. Remember the moisture is coming in from the east. Dont be surprised if you run into wet roadways. Moderate returns around watsonville and around hollister. State route 88 and 4 up to the tahoe area just keep that in mind. It is snowing as you can see all the way to yosemite village. Heres a picture i want to share with you sent to us. It looked like a funnel cloud. Let me explain whats going on. Verga. Precipitation as its falling is evaporating. As it descends you get a narrowing towards the bottom making it look like a funnel. The National Weather service is not confirming that this was a funnel cloud. Wanted to pass that along to you.
