Surveillance video released today shows a man running away from the crash scene at broadway and montgomery near montgomery at 2 20 sunday morning. Investigators believe its this man, one of their own, officer christopher kohrs. He owns the damage charger that hit two men in a crosswalk leaving them badly injured. The kohrs turned himself in eight hours after the accident which could complicate efforts to determine whether he was driving under the influence.
