But he is back unless a judge overturns the arbitrators decision. According to the San Jose Mercury news, the mayor will Ask City Council to consider city council to consider challenging his reinstatement. Officer white was fired after sending out tlenting tweets to black lives matter protesters. An independent arbitrator reversed that decision and he was assigned to a desk job. Mercury news says the only way to overturn the reinstatement is through superior court. Officer white is assigned to a desk job and is not patrolling the streets. Were going to take to you phoenix. Reporter hi. I just talked to firefighters who think an annual celebration here at this buddhist temple in oakland is to blame for the fire. Firefighters say the fire was big and spread quickly because this is a wooden structure. It ended up destroying the temple and then two houses next door. Five vehicles were also destroyed here on east tenth street. Three people were hurt. One of those victims was burned. They all are expected to be okay. Nolife threatening injuries. Firefighters say the amongst living here say they leave the candles burning all night for their celebration. They were sleeping when this fire started. The latest information we have here is that the fires still undetermined, but one of the probable causes we believe is were left burning for their celebra
