The suit filed in Alameda County superior court alleges exposure to the companys roundup weed killer caused them to develop cancer. The World Health Organizations research on cancer in 2015 determined that the chemical is a carcinogenic to humans. The herbicide has also been linked to other health issues, environmental impacts. Monstorgs against the research. Thanks to a missing line in a contract, a recycling company in oakland is legally allowed to charge more than 775 monthly per apartment resident for pickup.
