Breaking news out of contra costa county, Brentwood Police are investigating a shooting. It happened last night. Another suspect suffered injuries that were not gunshot wounds. Officials say both suspects were taken to hospital and both were still alive this morning. Right now, its unclear what led up to the shooting. However, no officers were hurt. San Francisco Police are investigating after one of its patrol vehicles rolled over and landed on top of its roof. Two officers were hurt in the crash on great highway just before 8 00 last night. Abc 7 news spoke with a witness who was driving behind the squad car right before the crash. The police car was fast in the number one lane and the car in number two lane wanted to change lanes in front of the police car t. Siren wasnt activated. Police say the officer driving tried to pass that car when the squad vehicle hit a boulder in the Center Median and flipped over. Both officers were taken to the hospital with middle eastern injuries. The officers dont appear to be on a call at this time. So were still trying to understand where theyre going and what they were doing. Police are looking for more witnesses as well as very veils to help with the investigation. In the south bay, police are looking for a drone pilot who caused a large outlet. Abc 7 News Reporter katie marzulo has the details. Reporter suddenly, he sparks and we heard a loud sound. Reporter he was working at the Performing Arts Center around 8 15 thursday night. The show could not go on. Without power, staff couldnt use the automated announcement syst system. All the staff went in the corners and crannies of the library to find people. We had flash liepts and used our phones. Right now, we are trying to figure out who owns the drone. Where it was flying, where it was in that area. Witnesses told police they saw a man with white hair flying a drone on polaris avenue shortly before the outage. The faa does not allow them to be flown their people and they must be kept clear of obstacles. We dont have enough to know whats going on with the drones.
