This morning, new pictures of 32yearold Jesse Matthew in a jail house jump jute. Appearing for a texas magistrate and looking disoriented. The long arm of the law in the hands of texas. Now charged with the disappearance of hannah graham. Now headed to virginia. This Surveillance Video shows him walking into a texas gas station tuesday night. We learned a texas Deputy Arrested him the next day during a routine patrol and that matthew was camping out on the beach. We dont have any information as to what might have prompted mr. Matthew to head to that part of the country. Reporter that beach is more than a thousand miles from the downtown mall and these Surveillance Videos where he and the missing College Student were seen together just minutes before she disappeared september 13th. Police say she had been drinking heavily, and he kept buying her drinks at this bar and restaurant. He was last seen saturday in charlottesville, virginia, when he walked in Police Headquarters to speak with a lawyer. The only comment is im his attorney. And i was hired on saturday. Reporter his friends and family insist he didnt kidnap anyone. To kill, or hurt somebody. Thats not my son. Reporter but the hospital where he works has now suspended him without pay, and the school where he coached football says hes no longer welcome. Hes charged in virginia with a sex crime, abduction with intent to defile. He has to be extradited first. University students are shaking by all of this. The school promising increased patrols. Robin . That will happen, too. Thank goodness for that deputy. And now the war on isis, a new wave of air strikes overnight taking out one of the main sources of income for the group. F18 fighters taking off, heading for syria, heading for iraq at all hours of the night. Last night and yesterday the targets were Oil Refineries. Mobile Oil Refineries that isis is now controlling. 12 of them were targeted. Isis makes at least 2 million a day on these Oil Refineries, by fueling their own vehicle, and also selling the oil to fund the isis organization. In the coming days, the targets will be either planned largescale attacks or targets of opportunity. Meaning if a pilot is patrolling the skies above iraq or syria and sees an isis target like a convoy or a training camp, that pilot, that airplane, will take it out. George. He appears to know that and is taunting them. This morning, new clues into the possible location of murder suspect eric frein. Police saying overnight they believe theyve spotted the fugitive several times. As recently as two days ago. Always deep in the distance. And each time frein vanishing. I almost think some of this is a game to him. Reporter new evidence leading authorities to believe the alleged cop killer has been planning his disappearing act in the woods of pennsylvania for months, maybe even years. Several items he has abandoned or hidden for possible future use. Some of those items include serbian cigarettes and soiled diapers have been found. Reporter they believe hes using the diapers to stay hidden for long stretches of time. Its something with the Sniper Training that he received, or selftaught. Reporter Police Believe the 31yearold is hiding out near where he lived with his parents. Nearly 1,000 officers now searching, deploying this military vehicle known as the rook, to lift s. W. A. Now to nascars tony stewart cleared of charges on that track in upstate last month. This morning, the victims family speaking out, angry about the grand jurys decision. Reena ninan has the story. Reporter this morning the family of kevin ward jr. Fighting back after a grand jury decided not to file criminal charges against nascar star tony stewart in the ontrack death of their son. The grand jury considered evidence, including this video of this fatal incident during a race in upstate new york last month. 20yearold ward got out of the car after an initial crash, and apparently waving his arms at stewart. Stewarts car then striking and killing him. Overnight, wards family said that stewart intentionally tried to intimidate kevin by accelerating and sliding the car, causing the tragedy. Also, this matter is not at rest and we will pursue all remedies. Stewart has spoken publicly only once since this incident. This has been one of the toughest tragedies i have had to deal with. Releasing this statement wednesday, saying in part, while the process was long and emotionally difficult, it allowed for all the facts of the accident to be identified and known. Among those facts, a bombshell about ward. Authorities say a toxicology report showed he was high on marijuana at the time of the incident, enough, they say, to impair judgment.
