Pockets certainly, four to six, most on some of the grassy surfaces of the ground. It is still april but its going to be cold behind this system. Look at the windchills overnight. Tomorrow morning into the teens. Amy. All right, rob, thanks so much. We appreciate it. Now to the investigation into that fatal amtrak derailment in philadelphia. A train colliding with a backhoe on the track. Killing two and injuring dozens of others. From these dramatic photos you can see inside that mangled car. David kerley has the latest. Good morning, david. Reporter good morning, amy. The train has been removed. Those tents behind me thats where the investigators are working this morning. Still the question, how does a train and a heavy piece of equipment end up on the same rail line . All ems units working the train accident. Reporter left two dead and amtraks engines front wheels off the rails. The whole train was shaking like it was going to fall apart. Reporter parts of the cars did. As these photos show, debris from the collision ripping through the front cars of train 89. All you could see was dirt and debris flying past the train and there was fire flashes. Reporter passengers who could, scrambled to safety. But more than 30 were injured. A doctor in the first car, sprung into action. Take a deep breath, you mutter a little prayer and you say, hope to god i can handle whatever it is that comes my way and you dig right in. Train 89 just hit a backhoe. Multiple injuries reported. Reporter the mystery this morning, how could this happen . A backhoe like this used for track maintenance on the same tracks as the southbound train. Which could have been traveling up to 100 miles an hour. The amtrak operator of that machinery and his supervisor were the two who were killed. Well be looking at the track structure. And the work that was performed at the time of the accident. Reporter more than 30 passengers and the engineer were taken to the hospital. Most of the 331 passengers were able to walk away from it. The ntsb will be looking at the signals. Remember the derailment last may, north of philadelphia, they put in positive train control, why didnt that stop this accident from happening yesterday . Just one of the many questions, david, thanks very much. The largest leak of secret documents in history, publication of whats being called the panama papers, a worldwide corruption scandal. Billions of dollars hidden by some of the most richest powerful people on the planet. Abcs chief Foreign Correspondent terry moran has the latest from london. Good morning, terry. Reporter this scandal is exploding on a global scale right now, burning up social media. Edward snowden tweeting its the largest leak in the history of journalism. 11 million documents, ten times what snowden leaked. It all centers on a secretive law firm in panama. That has allegedly helped the worlds rich and powerful launder their money, evade taxes and dodge sanctions. Russian president Vladimir Putin is not named specifically in these documents but they reveal a telltale trail, set up by his closest inner circle and worth 2 billion. The creme kremlin already blasting it. Other World Leaders involved. King of saudi arabia, even the president of ukraine. Syrian president. Prim mince of iceland all caught up. No question this scandal is just beginning. The consequences could really ripple. Now to the race for the white house. Voters in wisconsin getting ready to head to the polls tomorrow where republican frontrunner donald trump is facing a strong challenge from ted cruz. April shaping up to be a huge month. Another huge month, we should say, in the race. With at least 255 delegates at stake for the republicans. Abcs tom llamas is here tracking it all. Good morning, tom. Reporter senator ted cruz feeling confident about wisconsin. He knows if he wins there, this race could be decided on the convention floor. This, as donald trump is calling for Governor John Kasich to get out of the race because hes taking away potential votes. This morning, donald trump trying to bounce back after a rough stretch. From drama with his campaign. To fumbling on abortion. And a war of words over with wives. Was this my best week . I guess not. I could have done without the retweet, et cetera. But i think im doing okay. Reporter in a rare move, trump admitting hes made mistakes and regrets initially suggesting that women should be punished for having an illegal abortion. As a hypothetical question, i would have rather asked answered it in a different manner, yeah. Reporter today, wife melania returns to the campaign trail. Joining trump in wisconsin. Hell be the best president. Reporter this, as senator ted cruz says trumps misstatements on issues like abortion happen because hes not a real republican. Donalds answers are the answers of someone whos a liberal, trying to say what he thinks conservatives want to hear. Reporter cruz not the only one taking shots at trump. Donald trump does not personally condone violence. Right. Lets see whats randomly happening at his rally right now. Im voting for you reporter for the democrats a new fight is brewing. Hillary clinton said shes ready to debate Bernie Sanders on gma before the New York Primary in two weeks. Sanders, not ready to commit. People of new york deserve to hear us discussing the important issues facing that state and facing the country. I suspect it will work out. This morning, lot of people in the political world are talking about a new story in the new york magazine, about donald trump and in this story, two interesting nuggets, one, ivanka trump wanted donald trump to apologize after his comments about mexican immigrants when he announced and that donald trump has been wearing a bulletproof vest out on the campaign trail. Tom, thanks very much. My interview now with hillary clinton, shes under pressure from Bernie Sanders before tomorrows big vote in wisconsin. We met up in brooklyn where clinton was campaigning in several churches. Thank you for joining us. Glad to be here with you. Bernie sanders is on a winning streak, won five out of the last six. Wisconsin, hes ahead right now. Why cant you put him away . Im happy where im at. If you look at two of the most important indicators which will decide this, the number of pledged delegates im significantly ahead. After all, thats what determines the outcome. The popular vote, i have close to 9 million votes thats a million more than donald trump and 2. 5 million than senator sanders. So i feel like we are on a good path. Its an exciting time in american politics, because i think people are really tuning in and trying to figure out what were going to do and i think what i have said is we need to elect somebody based on three tests. Can you do things that are going to improve peoples lives . Get results in other words. Can you be the commander in chief and keep us safe at home and around the world . Can you unify us . Were desperately in need of given some of the rhetoric in this campaign. That has been your message so far. Its worked overall as you said. But hes on this winning streak. Dont you have to win your home state here in new york in two weeks. Im going to do everything i can to win in as many places as possible. But i have been through this before. We were laughing before we started, i can remember how hard it was when my husband ran in 1992. I ran a tough campaign against thensenator obama. I ended up with slightly more votes but he ended up with more delegates. So, we have a system and im very confident that ill be the nominee. Im not taking anything for granted. Even if you dont win new york . Im confident that ill get the nominee. Ill do everything i can to win new york. I represented new york for eight years. I feel deeply about this state. Im proud of the work that i did with so many thousands of new yorkers. So, of course, im going to work incredibly hard. You know, in milwaukee on saturday night, you talked, youre a loyal, true democrat, always have been a democrat, clearly a shot at Bernie Sanders. When i asked him about that, the fact that hes an independent is a strength in the campaign. Because he can bring independents. He points out in a lot of the polls right now, he does better than you in the general election. Well there are a lot of polls that say just the opposite. But polls this far out dont mean anything. Whats important is not what somebodys theory is but how many votes have you gotten. Thats what we determine elections based on. I also believe its important that we elect more democrats. I would love to see the senate go back to being democratic instead of having republicans who wont do their constitutional obligation. You dont think he can do that . Well, theres no indication theres any interest there. Im committed to electing democrats. Im committed to raising money. Im helping to Fund Democratic campaigns. At the end of the day, a president can do a lot and i have a very robust agenda with big goals for our country. I think i got a track record of proven results. I think it will be better for the country if we move away from the obstructionism, the extreme partisanship that were seeing in the senate today. And we get back to people who want to Work Together and want to follow the constitution, which right now doesnt seem to be the case. Youre hitting donald trump pretty hard. Your first ad here against donald trump. Are you worried at all this goes to a contested convention on the republican side and they pick somebody else, a fresh face, who might be a more difficult challenge. I had that experience, too. I started running out in the new york senate, rudy giuliani, he dropped out and then i had a fresher face to run against. I have no control over what the republicans do. But i do think its important, even though im working hard to win the nomination and compete with senator sanders everywhere, its important not to let the kind of comments were hearing not just from donald trump but the other republican contenders go unanswered because the world hears those. Lot of people in our country hear insulting comments about immigrants being called rapists and criminals. Religiously profiling muslim communities. And they wonder what is happening in our country. While im focused on the primary and getting the number of delegates necessary to be the nominee im going to keep standing up to donald trump, ted cruz or anybody else who are saying things that are so contrary to who we are. That gets me to the last test, do you want to unify the country . Or do you want to divide us more than we already are . You and Bernie Sanders are going to debate in new york. Im hoping to, we offered dates which they refused. You offered gma offered a debate during gma on friday the 15th. Ill be there. I think its great opportunity to reach an audience that may not be able to because of other obligations to tune in to debates. I understand theres a debate in the works for the night of the 14th. Ill be there. I want to debate and im confident that we can work out a time to do that. Thank you. Good to talk to you, george, thanks. Excited if we get the debate. Very exciting. Lets move on to march madness, the final matchup turning into a sibling showdown. Two friends, turned brothers, facing off tonight in the big championship game. Jesse palmer is here with all of the details. Good morning, jesse. Thats right, nate britt and his adopted brother kris jenkins. They have been shooting hoops together since they were 10 years old. Nate plays for North Carolina. Kris is a forward for villanova. Theyre extremely close, right now, allegedly, theyre giving each other the silent treatment until they meet on the court. This is it. Villanova versus unc. The wildcats versus the tar heels and brother versus brother . Thats right, when villanova faces North Carolina tonight, two brothers will be going toe to toe against each other. Fighting for the National Championship as well as a lifetime of bragging rights. I expect this game to be super competitive. Reporter nate britt is a junior at unc. Kris jenkins, a junior at nova. They played aau basketball together when they were 11. Thats when jenkins mother a basketball coach who moved around the country decided her son would have an opportunity for a more stable life with the britt family. For them to take a total stranger in the house was a blessing. Reporter the britts adopted him. You know know whats going to happen. Tonight, theyll square off against each other. The men joining the ranks of sibling rivalries. Think Peyton Manning and eli manning. Or venus and serena williams. How will it feel for them . Theres no one i want to beat more than my brother. Reporter it looks like brotherly love will have to wait. Of course while this may cause a bit of family feud, this is going to be a winwin situation for the britt family, either way, theyre going to be celebrating a championship. Lets not forget the Womens Basketball championship is also going to be a good one. Uconn facing off syracuse tuesday night. If uconn wins, it will be an unprecedented fourth straight championship.
