He then got into a fight with a man inside and shots were fired. The home is located on the 400 block. Authorities searched the home and they tell us the suspect is gone but a firearm was found. By midaugust, an engineering review should find if those shims are necessary. No decisions have been made on if the shims can be used that way, and no decisions have been made on an opening date.
