Reporter not fair for anyone. He had had this long pole and just poking that transformerer trying to get it on. Reporter she says what sounded like an explosion woke her up on Christmas Eve and later found out that was a transformer that left her and her young daughterer in the dark and cold. I had to wrap presents in the dark. It was a really big bummer. Reporter they are working on a transformer problem. They brought in a huge generator until they can repair the transformer. Its really, really cold. Reporter now pg e didnt have a lot of answers for us tonight because thoof holiday.
