Workers were seen earlier going over the paperwork for the ten customers who theyre supposed to be delivering food for today. This morning Alix Tichelman pleaded guilty to felony charges of Involuntary Manslaughter and administering drugs. She injected Forrest Hayes with a lethal dose of heroin while on his yacht in santa cruz. Investigators say Surveillance Video from the boat shows her step over hayes body multiple times before leaving without calling 911. A judge sentenced her to six years in prison this morning. The man accused of attacking a 13yearold girl inside her san jose home is expected to return to court today. This morning animal care and control in San Francisco has released a new picture of maximilian the pit bull puppy found beaten and burned after being stolen from his owner last week. Its been more than a month since the first dead whale washed on shore at pacifica beach. People say its about time that these are getting buried. Its about a half mile down you can see the crews working to dig. The excavator at work there. A lot of relief that the carcasses and their stench will finally be gone. After weeks of sitting on pacifica beach the sperm whale and humpback whale appear completely deflated. A pile of rotting flesh and bones. Surrounded by birds and something else. Solid maggots. Theyre just raining down off the thing. Around 7 30 this morning crews hired by the San Francisco recreation and Parks Department began work with the excavator. The process will take a minimum of two days. Ten hours each day. San francisco consulted with a machine biologist who deemed the natural decomposition process appropriate but as the whales broke down the pungent odor grew. Its in your mouth and everything else.
