will erect one white cross for every victim in 2014. This one has the name of juan rios sanchez. He was killed a few blocks from this church. Two holes on this fence still show the spots where bullets peppered a home on san antonio street early friday morning. This man said the victim in san joses first homicide of 2014 was killed on his driveway. He turned the body over and realized juan rios sanchez was dead. Churchgoers at guadalupe parish say violence is nothing new to the neighborhood but they vow to not sit and watch that violence. Theyre calling for peace and will honor every murder victim this year with a white cross on church grounds. As a reminder that we will not tolerate this type of violence anymore. That we have lifted our young people up in prayer and that we are part of the solution and not the problem. The gesture is similar to what a church in oakland is already doing. I do not think were going to be impacted by rainfall the most this week. Its going to be all about the cooling temperatures from 70s last week, record setting heat down to the 60s. Low 60s for tuesday throughout the east bay. This is where well see the most marked differences from the warmer than average temperatures from the past few weeks. By thursday, thats when the temperatures look to bottom out in the low 60s. By friday, it goes back up a little bit more. Lets get you into the rain profile of this. A lot of you are interested how close its going to get. We may get a few showers out of this. Not heavy rain expected. Throughout, wednesday well continue to see cloud cover increase. That will stay with us throughout wednesday night. By thursday, watch this. That rain starts to get close to santa rosa. At this point, north bay will have the best possibility of maybe a few showers heading throughout thursday, around 7 00, 8 00 and 9 00 in the morning. We dont think well see a lot of rainfall moving to the south bay. Im hoping for the other scenario. I hope the forecast models are wrong. But right now it doesnt look like thats playing out. Tuesday forecast, temperatures in the upper 50s to the low 60s. Also 62 in palo alto. San francisco at 39. Youll probably need the light jacket. Lets dig deeper. But the problem with all of these storms throughout this week, a series of different systems is the storm track is going to stay just to the north and theyre all going to be passing to the north for the most part. I do not think were going to be impacted by rainfall the most this week. Its going to be all about the cooling temperatures from 70s last week, record setting heat down to the 60s. Low 60s for tuesday throughout the east bay. This is where well see the most marked differences from the warmer than average temperatures from the past few weeks. By thursday, thats when the temperatures look to bottom out in the low 60s. By friday, it goes back up a little bit more. Lets get you into the rain profile of this. A lot of you are interested how close its going to get. We may get a few showers out of this. Not heavy rain expected. Throughout, wednesday well continue to see cloud cover increase. That will stay with us throughout wednesday night. By thursday, watch this. That rain starts to get close to santa rosa. At this point, north bay will have the best possibility of maybe a few showers heading throughout thursday, around 7 00, 8 00 and 9 00 in the morning. We dont think well see a lot of rainfall moving to the south bay. Im hoping for the other scenario. I hope the forecast models are wrong. But right now it doesnt look like thats playing out. Tuesday forecast, temperatures in the upper 50s to the low 60s. Also 62 in palo alto. San francisco at 39. Youll probably need the light jacket. Lets dig deeper. This is where we had the worst air quality the past two weeks. Not the good levels throughout tomorrows forecast. But at least moderate levels as we look ahead in at least the next 12 to 18 hours.
