The winds will be an issue by late tomorrow evening and the rain rolls in time for the late evening commute and late tomorrow evening and as 10 00. We may have the potential of brief street flooding and poor brainage area and we will have to watch that. Friday morning, we will see the heavy rain but it starts to shift to the south before the next shift of energy happens on friday. There will be a break in between, even friday evening, were still tracking some rain for the east bay, and south bay peninsula, and the north bay will see it tapering off.
