Anyone who ate or drank there december 12th through the 15th or on the 19dth may have been exposed to the infectious disease. So far, no cases have been linked to the food handler whos currently restricted from work. Symptoms of hepatitis a arent noticeable until two to six weeks after exposure. So anyone who ate or drank there is advised to call their doctor for testing. Supporters for a plan to legalize marijuana in california now have the green light to begin Gathering Signatures in attempt to qualify for the measure for the November Ballot. If approved by voters the measure would prohibit discrimination against pot users and businesses and would take over half a million valid signatures by may 23rd to qualify for the ballot. Gilroy police say they have made an arrest in the case. They arrested 2 1yearold Ernesto Rodriguez this morning. Police say they found him near the crime scene. Authorities say the victim 21yearold tega was found dead inside his familys apartment. Ortega had a restaining order out against rodriguez. Jahi mcmath was declared brain dead on december 12th. The family has been fighting to keep the girl on life support. Now a judge has ruled the hospital can end that care at 5 00 p. M. Monday. The familys Attorney Says he has found another facility willing to keep jahi on life support indefinitely. However, he says Childrens Hospital has to agree first to perform additional procedures before any move could happen. The familys insurance must also agree to pay for jahis care. No word yet on whether Childrens Hospital or the Health Insurance company have agreed. A transgendered rights law set to take effect statewide on january 1st. A recent bill signed by the governor will increase minimum wage to an hour in july and 10 an hour by 2016.
