New this morning, the search continues for three men involved in a wild highspeed chase that left a pedestrian dead and another injured. It all started just before 10 00 last night on knob hill in San Francisco. Police recognized a stolen black to ita corolla they say was connected to several armed robberies including three just last night. Police tried to pull over the car with three men inside at california and mason street. The driver sped away from police and a few blocks away hit and killed a woman at california and kearney. The driver kept going and just a few minutes later at post and powell the driver hit a second pedestrian. That person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Officers say four units continued to chase the driver but lost the car near a bay bridge onramp. Officers found the car abandoned on treasure island. They also discovered two guns nearby that they think were thrown from the car.
