Police found the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene. We dont have any information right now on a suspect or suspects. Nobody is in custody at this time. Were trying to locate witnesses and gather evidence. Reporter the identity of the victim has yet to be released. Environmentalists around the world are saying yes to oakland, which gave an emphatic no last night to a new plan.
