This happened after 1 00 in the morning on railroad avenue. We have been told the scene at this point has been cleared. According to our photographer who was there, there were no fire investigators that were called out this time around. Remember, authorities over the weekend arrested a man they believe is behind a recent string of car arsons in contra costa county. Happening today, lawyers representing the victims of the deadly ghost ship warehouse fire in oakland plan to file a new complaint with new allegations about the warehouse. Bob redell joining us with what we can expect to find out in the complaint. Bob, good morning. Well, new allegations is what theyre telling us theyll be announcing later this morning at superior court where the attorney representing the families of some of the victims who were killed in the ghost ship fire this past december, the attorney will be filing a new socall master complaint against the owner of the warehouse that burned and killed 36 people and against the man who had been leasing the property at the time. The court has appointed attorney mary alexander, a former National President of the association for american justice, to represent the families of ten victims who died in that fire. After she filed in court, she plans a noon News Conference during which shell announce new allegations pertaining to the fire. Previous lawsuit filings have accused the owner and lease holder of being negligent and allowing the property to become a fire trap. During the december 2nd concert inside the warehouse, partygoers became trapped with very limited ways to get out. As i mentioned, 36 people died. No citations were ever issued against the property in spite of the fact there were a number of visits by the city of oakland and the oakland department. Developers this morning, i should say developing morning, atf agents are expected to join arson investigators looking into what is now the second fire in ten months at the same construction site in emeryville. This time, investigators may have more to work with in cracking the case. The 35 million retail and Housing Project in san pablo and adeline street was scheduled to open in october, early saturday, it burned again like it did at this time last july. No cause for either fire, but industry folks believe its arson. This will have a chilling impact on lenders lending, on insurers insuring, and we have the worst housing crisis in the 35 years i have been in business. We mentioned they might have new information this time to figure out whats going on in this case. Investigators have something in their favor. Then we will at times see light rain moving in. Were not expecting a big coverage of showers. Anywhere you see some green is where we might have a little rain moving throughout the day, even later on tonight for parts of the south and east bay, a couple sprinkles, not going to measure more than a few hundredths of an inch.
