Residents are willing to shell out 50,000 to install a gate but the city wont allow it, even in the wake of a growing crime problem, including the beating of a senior and threats of violence. This 70yearold is adamant that mansion park needs an electric gate. Super bowl weekend he was attacked by three young men that knocked him down and punched his face. It happened in the park outside of the community. The assailants threatened to return and injure others. It could control the entrance for people going in and out. You know . The idea is to make neighborhoods open and accessible.
