Police sources tell abc7 news he set it off in a planter box in front of a neighbors house. This neighbor says she heard the explosion. A lot of police were here talking to neighbors. One resident saw the suspect. A search turned up explosive materials. Another neighbor, police say, reported that his home had been vandalized that night. And at least half a dozen cars had tires slashed. Most did not want to go on camera for fear of retaliation. They dont know who slashed tires and vandalized the home but they do tell us there has been a hong standing battle with novello over Parking Spaces on the street.
