Right now, at least a dozen police units are in an area after a shooting situation that started about an hour ago. We learned one person has died. Amanda goodman joins us live. Amanda, what can you tell us . I can tell you now we do as i step out of the way, some tense moments earlier this evening. Chandler police getting a shooting call earlier this evening. All they knew at this point was at one person had been shot. The suspect at that point was not in custody. They set up a big perimeter here and begin searching for that suspect about 20 minutes ago. They alerted us letting us know they were able to find that suspect and this has turned into a homicide investigation. They do have the area blocked off. We are just south of ray road we are waiting for the Public Information officer to provide us some additional details. As soon as we learn anything else about this case, we will let you know.
