But spillman was also investigated for an earlier incident involving a masseuse while he was a member of the San Francisco 49ers. According to a police report, in december of last year, a massage therapist accused spillman of trying to rip off her pants and also trying to force her to perform oral sex. Civil rights Attorney Gloria Allred is representing the allege victim in the texas case and brought the santa clara case to the leagues attention. Last friday i disclosed in a letter to the nfl that a second Sexual Assault allegation was filed with the police in a different jurisdiction by another woman against the same player prior to my client filing her police report.
