I was right there when it happened. I really clearly seen her run the red light. You are looking at the aftermath of the car crash in oakland. There is cell phone video taken by witnesses who say they saw the mayor run a red light and cause this crash. Evidently the sun was in her face. Downmarket a little bit and we seen her run the red light. She thought the mayor office her cell phone and says if that is the case, why hasnt she learned her lesson. I would not expect it from her. The deputies say the 19year old was driving this car when they spotted him in santa rosa yesterday. I am sorry on wednesday, and arrested him. He used the stolen car to rent a car. He booked a stay at a 12 million vacation home. Even if the buses are running tomorrow, dont assume the muni mess is over. Kpix5 reporter on why contract talks about the Drivers Union have gone off track. The trains and buses are back on schedule. The arbitration process hit the breaks this weekend. The director of muni says the union refused to talk. We are working with them to get them back to the table. In mediation or arbitration so we can get to a deal. The deal that the union voted down a forted a raise but required bus and train operators to pay in their own pension. After this agreement, it will be ranked higher. They do not like that. We are responsible individuals trying to learn a living for us and our families. So, hundreds of them called out sick last week. Crippling the main method of transportation. New job, ridiculous. Air district officials are urging people to avoid any unnecessary driving and take transit to work if possible. A 15yearold girl is oaklands latest homicide victim. She was killed and two men were hurt after someone shot at their car on 85th avenue last night. The teen died at the scene. The 25yearold driver and his adult passenger were taken to the hospital. There is no word on a motive for the shooting and so far no arrests. The shooting outside of Berkeley Hotel injured two teenage boys. One bullet shattered a glass door at the inn on University Last night. The two boys who were hit are expected to survive. The shooter drove off in a white sedan. The motive remains a mystery in todays shooting rampage in las vegas. When it was all over, five people were dead including two Police Officers. Reporter Police Officers comforted each other after a man and woman shot two of their own in a las vegas pizza parlor just before noon on sunday. They were having lunch. They were ambushed. Reporter a witness says the couple told him they planned more bloodshed. They had a backpack. I saw the gun in their hands and he told me to tell the copses it was a revolution. The. Reporter the police say the couple went into a nearby walmart where they killed one more person. Terrible, terrible, that man was crazy. Reporter s. W. A. T. Officers entered the front and back of the store in Exchange Fire with the suspect. The police say it appears the female suspect shot the mail suspect and then took her own life. The police have identified the two officers who were killed. A 42yearold alan beck and 32 yearold egar foldo. It is a tragic day. A very, very difficult day. We still have a community to police, and we still have a community to protect. Reporter the police have not established a motive for the killings. They are doubling up officers in patrol cars until the investigators can determine it was an isolated act. Back to you. Both Police Officers were married and both had children. Comedian tracy morgan is still in Critical Condition tonight. But the doctors say he is more responsive after surgery. Morgan and two others were hurt when a semi truck slammed into their limo bus on the new jersey turnpike early yesterday phorp morning. Another man was killed. The driver of the truck is facing charges. It is still not cheer what caused the crash but fat aoeg could be one possibility. They can work up to 80 hours a week, Truck Drivers can.
