Tension is mounting in ferguson, missouri tonight ahead of a decision on whether a white Police Officer will be charged with the shooting death of an unarmed black teenager. Police in the saint louis suburb are working overtime. There was no decision today. There will not be one tomorrow and multiple sources tell us the grand jury will reconvene monday meaning the decision wont come until then at the earlierest communities like clayton and ferguson are gearing up with added security. More security barriers were installed and you see Police Officers patrolling everywhere here. There have been a dozen arrests over the last several days as police in riot gear have clashed with protesters. Everyone expects more arrests in the days to follow. Police in oakland say they are ready for anything following the grand jurys decision. The Mayors Office sent out a letter alerting the community of the possibility of protests. Several groups have already outlined scheduled demonstrations. New at 11 00, a missing San Francisco girl whose paints feared she might have been sold into sexual slavery is back home tonight. The 12yearold had been missing for 12 days. Her parents found her this afternoon on muni. She was spotted earlier this week in oakland in areas where pimps send underaged girls. The girl is in Good Condition and police are questioning her about where she has been all this time. San Francisco Police are also looking for a suspect of an attempted Sexual Assault of a sevenyearold child. He tried to drag the child into a restroom in pacific fight heights. The child got away. The day since the fall, signs of hope he will recover keep them going. He is a miracle baby. Reporter the First Time Since the fall, behind the bandages, sebastian gave a small smile. For family, this is a sign their little boy will be back to his playful self soon enough. Sebastian is going to get better. We are not sure how much better, but he is going to get better.
