Reporter water 50 feet high. Tonight just one more mess for east bay mud. The cause, a construction accident. Fire confirmed with kpix 5 a construction crew broke a water line sending water a few stories tall. This is maller than when we first smaller than when we first ariverred online. A arrived online. An unmarked water line. Reporter good news, no homes will be impacted. In oakland a different story. There are still homes without water. As crews work to repair and replace a 16inch water main that burst this morning. Gushing water broke open a sink hole. To have a sink hole form and have the buckling. It is a big break.
