The president says Democratic Leaders are to blame. I think the losers are nancy pelosi and Chuck Schumer because now they own obamacare. They own it. In pleasanton backyards are crumbling tonight as a nearby creek continues to eat away and threaten homes. Jessica flores shows us all the rain we got today is not helping. Reporter another round of rain and more worry for some homeowners here in pleasanton time it rains theyre watching the edge of their backyard hoping it doesnt crumble away any more. Just 5 feet of grass and red danger tape standing between the backyard pool and the creek below. The Rushing Water already swallowed a chunk of the yard. Every second it just keeps going away. Tonight were getting our first look at the man arrested for quadruple murder in sacramento. 56yearold salvador Vasquez Oliva is being held in connection to the four murders that happened in the South Land Park area of sacramento. Police say a worried Family Member called 911 early yesterday morning asking for officers to do a welfare check at vasquezs home. When officers went inside, they discovered the four bodies. Police say two victims were children. Neighbors say one of the adult victims was their mother. Another fa they tell our sister station in Sacramento Vasquez lived at the home with his wife, two children and another Family Member. Officers have not commented on the re quez and moved here two years ago and we welcomed the kids. You know, we loved kids. Its really breaks my heartton there are children involved. Officers have not commented on the relationship between vasquez and the victims. None of the victims names have been released. Tonight a uc berkeley investigation finds the chancellor violated University Ethics rules all to stay in shape. Chancellor Nicholas Dirks used investigators hired by the uc president found that cal chancellor Nicholas Dirks used improper freebies including membership at a fitness center, personal training sessions and the transfer of exercise equipment to his home. Station opens tomorrow morning for the first time. The first train will roll in bright and early around 7 00 in the morning. The new extension shuttles commuters an extra 5 miles from the fremont station to the new warm springs station in south fremont. Plans were first drawn up in the early 90s. Today b. A. R. T. Held a Ribbon Cutting to mark the occasion. Completion was supposed to be three years ago, but b. A. R. T. Ran into huge delays. The new station has a big 2,000 space parking lot with dozens of electric vehicle stations. It is also expected to help congestion on surrounding freeways. Friends of the urban forest helped strategically plant these trees around the city to help mitigate bad smells. She sent a letter to the nfl commissioner ahead of mondays ownership meeting which will determine if the raiders will receive approval to relocate. The letter included these plans for a new 55,000 seat stadium. It would sit in the Southwest Corner of the current coliseum site. Schaaf says the 1. 3 billion plan is fully financed and also calls for new developments and a new transit hub. We have already done the work to rezone and do the environmental clearance not just for the new stadium, but for the ancillary development. Not only have we put together all of the financialing to build a stadium without as much debt burden on the raiders themselves, but we have a more economical stadium because we do not need the roof.
