In other news tonight, a paraglider was killed when he loves control of and then slammed into the side well, he lost control of the glider. Firefighters and paramedics used a rope system to reach him. By the time they got to the man they were unable to revive him. His name and age is not released. A shootout with bicycle gangs left 9 people dead. A shootout started in waco. It escalated from fist and feet to chains and guns. The shooting spilled into the parking lot. They ducked for cover. The police say the restaurant say favorite hang out for the bikers and that tensions have been growing. Amtrak plans to have full Train Service up and running tomorrow following the deadly derailment in philadelphia. It is making repairs to the tracks and installing speed controls where the crash happened. Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the wreck. The train was going 106 Miles Per Hour in place where the speed limit was 50. The ntsb has only one explanation at this point. The only way that an operable train can accelerate is if the engineer pushed the throttle forward. There are conflicting reports about something hitting the trains windshield and assistant conductor heard a conversation about it but ntsb said there was no record of it.
