According to the San Francisco examiner, celeste guap this girl says that she not only had sex with this man about did cocaine with him while she was under age. Theres her picture. Now she says that Ponce De Leon was one of the first while he was with the Oakland Police department. In an interview with kpix 5 this summer, guap talked about how her relationship with various officers made her feel. I was happy to, you know, wow, you know, these men in uniform, you know, giving me protection and, you know, yeah, like, it was mutual. Joseph courtney would allegedly use the date rape drug on his victim many of them underaged boys and rape them while they were knocked out and find his young victims using the internet and apps. Its unknown how many victims are out there. This investigation may be far from over. There may be more victims going back as far as 2007. Pacifica police urging more victims to come forward.
